Jerk Chicken (and Meal Prep Bowl)

Servings 4 People


  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tsp Jerk Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  • Mix Oil, BBQ sauce and all seasonings together.
  • Place in your preferred marinade container (I use a big ziploc bag)
  • Marinade for 30 minute to 4 hours (You can try for longer, I just haven’t tested beyond that)
  • Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, turning as little as possible


The jerk seasoning goes a long way. If you’re a little more sensitive to the heat, you should probably scale back on the Jerk seasoning.
I prefer to grill all my meats as often as possible. I’m sure this recipe would translate to baking or pan frying if grilling isn’t an option.
