Spicy Taco Schmear

Servings 1 Cup


  • 1 8oz Package Whipped Cream Cheese plain flavored
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Jalapeno de-seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Pinch Onion Powder
  • 1 Pinch Garlic Powder
  • 1 Pinch Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Dried Cilantro Flakes
  • 1 Pinch Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • Picante Salsa as desired to Garnish


  • In blender or Magic Bullet, whip together cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add seasoning. Continue to whip until fully combined.
  • Stir in Jalapeno Chunks.
  • Schmear onto a bagel or use as a chip dip.
  • Garnish with a drizzle of Salsa.


You may replace the different seasonings for 1 ½ tsp of taco seasoning if you’re in a hurry.
Very finely chop the Jalapenos after deseeding.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for storage. Stir before use. Follow expiration date as noted on the cream cheese container.
