Slow-Cooker Chili
Ingredients

Steak or Ground Beef

Instructions
Steak Preparation
Layer steak in the bottom of your slow-cooker.
Add Veggies
Top with beans, diced tomatoes, and sauce.
Add seasonings.
Let cook on low for about an hour (not really sure if this matters)
Stir and allow to cook for 6-8 hours stirring occasionally.
Enjoy with your choice of Garnish
Ground Beef Preparation
Layer veggies in the bottom of your slow-cooker
Top with beans, diced tomatoes, and sauce.
Add Seasonings.
Let cook on low for about an hour (still not sure if this matters).
Stir and allow to cook for about five hours.
Brown and drain 1lb ground beef, add it to the slow-cooker.
Allow to cook together for at least one hour.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite Garnish.
Notes
I like to use Hunts "Roasted Garlic" or "Basil, Garlic, Oregano" for both the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to give it extra flavor.
