Craving a sweet summer drink? I’ve got a new one to try, the Peach Vodka Soda, made with (probably) ingredients you already have in your bar. To be honest, I was feeling random when I put this thing together. I grabbed my vodka and some peach schnapps I had laying around. I added some lime juice and I topped with Sprite because again, I was looking for sweet.

Admittedly, this drink was a little too sweet for my tastes. Maybe had I tried it on a hot summer afternoon I would’ve been a little more into it, but for my first dive at a random creation, it was ok. Also, my typical go-to is whiskey drinks. The deviation towards vodka-based or tequila-based drinks is a recent thing for me.

In hindsight, there are a few tweaks I want to make to this drink, but I figured we could make that journey together. For now, this is where it sits. Try it out, let me know what you think, especially any tips to make this thing better.
